Hi, I’m Sushanth
An experienced IT professional with over 15 years of leadership and management experience. Throughout my career, I have mentored countless professionals in navigating career transitions, workplace challenges, and personal growth.
My passion for guiding people eventually led me to formally study counseling not as a profession, but as a mission to help individuals gain clarity and direction in both their professional and personal lives.

I didn’t have a roadmap. My life wasn’t a straight path. It was messy, unpredictable, and often painful.
I lost my parents as a child. I grew up in an environment that didn’t always feel like home. I had a tough childhood, bad relationships, and struggled with education. I worked odd jobs, did whatever I could to survive, and eventually found my way back to learning—through distance education, through trial and error, through sheer persistence.
I’ve battled anxiety, obsessive thoughts, overthinking, self-doubt. I’ve felt stuck, lost, and alone more times than I can count. Some people tell me I’m too practical. Others say I don’t show enough emotion. The truth? I’ve felt everything so deeply that, at some point, I just had to find my own way to keep going.
And I know I’m not the only one.
